Microsoft – Terms of Use for Sweet Home 3D

1. Terms

By using Sweet Home 3D (the “App”), you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using the App. The materials contained in this App are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

modify or copy the materials;
use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained within the App;
remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials;
transfer the materials to another person or “mirror” the materials on any other server.

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Sweet Home 3D at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession, whether in electronic or printed format.

3. Disclaimer

The materials within Sweet Home 3D are provided on an ‘as is’ basis. Sweet Home 3D makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other rights.

Furthermore, Sweet Home 3D does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials within the App.

4. Limitations

In no event shall Sweet Home 3D or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the App and the materials within, even if an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

5. Accuracy of Materials

The materials appearing within Sweet Home 3D could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Sweet Home 3D does not warrant that any of the materials are accurate, complete, or current. The App may make changes to the materials contained within at any time without notice, but does not make any commitment to update them.

6. In-App Purchases

On Microsoft Store you can subscribe for unlimited access to all features through the “Monthly Premium’”subscription. These subscriptions include features such as accessing to +1600 furnitures and +400 textures.

“Monthly Premium” offers a 7-day free trial, followed by a subscription rate of 9.99 per month. Subscription rates may vary by country.

7. Payment Information

Limited features are available for free, or you may subscribe for unlimited access. Prices vary by country; please check specific terms at the time of purchase, displayed in the App and on the purchase confirmation alert.

Payment is charged to your Microsoft Store Account upon purchase confirmation.
Subscription automatically renews for the same price and duration unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
The account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period at the cost of the chosen package.
Subscriptions may be managed by the user, and auto-renewal may be turned off by logging into Microsoft Store Account Settings.
No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active subscription period.
You may cancel a subscription during its free trial period via the subscription settings by logging into your Microsoft Store Account. This must be done 24 hours before the end of the free trial to avoid charges.
Unused portions of a free trial period are forfeited upon subscription purchase.

8. Modifications

Sweet Home 3D may revise these terms of use at any time without notice. By using the App, you are agreeing to be bound by the then-current version of these terms of use.
