change between levels

i dont know how to change to the level 0 after create the level 1.

i'm trying to do a "loft" with a not complete second floor (level 1), i dont know either if you can make the complete rail (?) at once.

i'm spanish so i dont know if i explain myself as well as i'd like to.

Sorry, I'm not sure to have completely understood what you meant.
At each level you can draw some rooms which will cover the lower level, and if you want to draw some kind of mezzanine, just don't draw any room for the hole.

Yes, i know that. What want to know is, once you add the next level (and make the rooms in that) how can i, for example, add some forniture to the level under the new one.
