how can i set one texture for the kitchen desk top and other for the cupboards fronts?

Depends on the model you are using. You need to check "Modify Furniture > Materials Modify" and see whether different colours / textures are applied to cupboard top and front. I.e. whether each surface is given a "name". If so, you can change them independently, if not, you may want to look for another model.
