Some windows not rendering properly

Some windows are not rendering properly on this building. Virtual view, render quality level 4. I tried moving some of the windows around and rotating them, but it doesn't seem to work. Do you know what could be causing this?

Looks familiar... happens to me occasionally as well.

My solution: select the windows and make them 0.5 cms thicker, that way they extend to both sides of the wall, correctly showing transparency.

Cause? I don't have the faintest idea.
My guess: a bug that shows up in rare instances, and is hard to find/debug.
