some problems, please help me

hy,
first of all i want to thank you for this amazing work you made it, and later okease forgive my bad english.

i start using windows version 4.6 few days ago, and now i found some rendering problem (maybe i made some mistake)

when i try to make a best quality from not so far in 5000X2300 pixel apperars a brilliant white part in te image and I don't know white, where i fail?

my pc in intel I5, 8gb ram, ge force gtx 770 (don't know if it's important)

When you create a photo in the Virtual visitor mode, ceilings are visible from bottom and from top. This is not the case in other modes and in the 3D view.
To fix this issue, select all in the plan, then choose Plan > Modify rooms and unselect the Visible check box of ceilings.
