PROBLEM IMPORT 3D FURNITURE

Hi, I have a problem to import 3d model in 3d or obj, in the free version of Sweethome 3d I imported all files 3d, so I decided to buy the payment version, but in the payment version the same model 3d files doesn't possible to import..
Could you give me an hands?

Applications distributed in the Mac App Store must be "sandboxed", that's why you can import only ZIP or KMZ files in the Mac App Store version.
