Horizontal Angle Rotation

I would like to rotate a piece about the horizontal axis. The default allows it rotate about the vertical axis.

I tried importing a furniture piece with the Import Wizard. The second step is where it can be oriented. I tried this but either don't understand or it won't do what I want.

I would like a horizontal (longest side) rectangle that can be rotated about it's longest axis.

Would appreciate any direction you can give me.

Please, read this text on importing models.

In step 2 of the import process hold the SHIFT key to rotate in 1 degree increments, as explained in the text on that window.
