texture downloads

I just joined the forum so please forgive me if this question has been asked [:)]
I would like to import textures-contributions 1.1 Zip and textures eTecks Scopia 1.1 Zip but when I tried windows (7) couldn't open it. I tried using winzip but it wouldn't work. Any suggestions would be welcome TIA,

You have to unzip the .zip files you downloaded first, then import the sh3t file it contains.
