Problem: Just installed

I just installed the program on Linux Mint and it disappears off screen as soon as it down loads. Any suggestions?

What kind of Mint (32 or 64)?
What kind of SH3D You've download & install?
What do You mean by "disappears off screen"; when?, how?,what actions You've done before this?
I run this amazing program on debian for years and I don't have something similar.
I really want to help You but share more information.

I have 32 bit. SH3d, maybe I did not, can it be in the repository?

I have done this before. It loads for a second, then disappears.

I downloaded Sweethome from ubuntu repository.

I have Mint 18 64-bits installed. I downloaded SH3D from this website and it ran out of the the box.

If your computer is younger than approx ten years, chances are it's 64 bits. If so, install 64 bits Mint, then download the program.

If you have a laptop then your video card is probably the problem. Check if there is a better driver available.

I have mint 32 bits. It may need some kind of driver.
