Installation not working

I keep getting an installation failure with error code 2.
What does this mean?

Strange, Inno Setup describes Error code 2 as:

The user clicked Cancel in the wizard before the actual installation started, or chose "No" on the opening "This will install..." message box.

Any missing detail?

I certainlyn didn't cancel the installation. I'm not sure that I have Java installed but I can't get that to install either. Would that cause the problem?

The installer comes with its own copy of Java. In this case, installing Java isn't required and installed copies of Java are ignored. But if you installed it, you could try to run the Java Web Start version.

Thanks for the reply. I have tried again and get the same failure message.
The complete message is -
Unable to execute file: c/Program Files\Sweet Home 3D\jre8\bin\unpack200.exe
Create Process failed;code 2
The system cannot find the file specified

I've never been reported such an error and don't see why unpack200.exe wouldn't be able to work in your case. Maybe remove the partially installed files in C:\Program File\Sweet Home 3D and rerun installer.
Or try with Java Web Start.
