Good news, the 3/22/23 driver update with the fix has been published by AMD.
Adrenalin 22.5.1 was before the bug.
Adrenalin 23.3.2 with the bugfix (tried as a manual update) worked for us.

Hum... I wished it would be true but it's quite strange, Adrenalin 23.3.2 Release Notes don't cite OpenGL or Sweet Home 3D.
As Sweet Home 3D 7.1 64 bit circumvents this bug, did you try with Sweet Home 3D 7.1 32 bit?

AMD confirmed that Adrenalin driver 23.3.2 contains the fix for this bug.

Had the same problem of strange and black object and black 3D Vision with my AMD Radeon Graphic Card. But I reinstalled my SH3D but I installed it this time in the 64 bits file instead of the 32 and now it is OK.
