3D view in Separate window - please add option of Stay on top

Hi,

can you add an option to the 3D view window "on/off stay on top" when it is displayed in a separate window. On a laptop or one screen, the 3D view covers the plan window.

To get a similar behavior with the current version, you could reduce the size of the 3D view when attached to the main window. Then when you close the detached 3D view, it would disappear until you detach it again (Ctrl + Alt + Y shortcut).
