Now it works OK.
The calendar AND the csv output.
Problem:
I steel receive some errors:

java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: com.sun.java.swing.plaf.windows.WindowsLookAndFeel

at AdvancedCameraDataGenerator.<init>(AdvancedCameraDataGenerator.java:148)

Probably you could find a better solution.
Like to find first what LaF are provided by the local OS.

+ Added a multi stage Fallback Mechanism for selecting look and feel of the UI, the program will:

Check first if OS is Mac or not,
if yes > apply MacOS LookAndFeel
if not > will detect installed LookAndFeels > apply system default
if failed > apply Cross Platform LookAndFeel
if failed > apply Metal LookAndFeel

One more suggestion (but not mandatory):
When click OK -> close (exit) the application.

You've made a very good job!

PS (also not mandatory)
You could put cityCoordinates and timeZoneOffsets in two text files and loaded from there.
In this way the main program will be more easy to read.

Added a new function / checkbox to switch CSV separator from ( , ) to ( ; ) for Euro OS

Note:
CameraBagPlugin-1.8 plugin now supports importing CSV files with ( ; ) separator
