And what about reading the README.TXT file that comes with the source archive, as any developer would do first before asking this?

I did read the text file and did exactly wat was written out there. Isn't this some kind of forum to post when one get's into trouble? Yeah you might be expert but have atleast respect and try to encourage the new developers !!!

If you explained first who you are, what you want to do and in which circumstances, then maybe you'll get some more help. [;)]

I am bachelor level student and I am trying to do my final year project in customization of sweet home 3d so that it can be used by the doctors while discharging the patients to make adjustments to their homes. I have got requirements that have been collected through the Therapists across the country. I am hopefully making forward to make those changes.

I aint got any tutorials so far. So, I am turning to forums. Hopefully someone would help !!!

Before trying to modify the source code, I would try to reproduce the steps explained in the Plug-in developer's guide. Did you try that?

And about running Sweet Home 3D from its sources in Eclipse, did you try change the VM arguments as explained in the README.TXT file?

Hi Puybaret,

Thanks for the reply !!

I think the error was due to the 32 bit Eclipse that I downloaded before. What I did was reinstalled the 64 bit version.

Finally i am able to run the application.
