If you acquired it on the Microsoft Store, click on [url=ms-windows-store://pdp/?productid=9NBLGGH2SMTQ]this link[/url] to display Sweet Home 3D page in Microsoft Store application, connect yourself by clicking on the Profile icon at top right then click on the Install button.
Otherwise please give more details about where you acquired it.
