Can't open Page Setup, Print Preview, or Print dialog

I've seen some posts similar to this, but haven't found a clear solution...

I just downloaded 6.4.2 and created a really simple floor plan -- literally just 4 walls, some windows and doors, and toilet! If I try to print to PDF, the dialog comes up but the resulting PDF file is empty. I tried to bring up Page Setup to turn off 3d printing, but that dialog does not appear. Also, nothing happens when I click on Print or Print Preview.

I downloaded the latest Java -- no change. So I uninstalled 6.4.2 and tried 5.7 -- no change.

Running on a run-of-the-mill Dell laptop (circa 2017, Intel HR graphics 520) with Win10 32bit.

Any ideas?

Miraculously started working now. I didn't do anything significant that I know of, but sometimes I force computers into working simply by intimidation.
