Page set up, Print preview and Print to PDF not working any more

Since upgrading to Windows 10 Anniversary edition Page setup and Print preview are no longer functioning - nothing happens when I select them - and Print to pdf creates a corrupted file that can't be opened with Acrobat reader.

I'm not sure if the Windows 10 upgrade has anything to do with this problem or is just a coincidence.

Is there a solution please?

I'm using version SH3D version 5.2.

Strangely, in a smaller SH3D file (772kB) those print functions are still working, but in another smaller file (620kB) they are not. In all the larger files (>1500kB) those print functions are no longer working.

As far as I can recall, it's the first time I hear about this issue.
Would you have the chance to try the failing files on another computer? Or maybe, [url=mailto:[email protected]]send me[/url] one of these files so I can check on my side if it's an issue on your computer configuration or in Sweet Home 3D?

I will try to send you the files, thank you very much. I've discovered that the files that work normally on my computer have all three of the Page setup boxes checked - Print furniture list, Print plan, Print 3D view. If any of these three is unchecked, on my computer the Page setup dialogue will no longer appear, although it worked fine in the past.

So it seems it is nothing to do with the file size but entirely depends on whether or not all three of the Page setup boxes are checked (in my current computer's state). If I have saved the file in a Page setup state with less than three boxes checked, Page setup no longer appears.

I am having similar problems. It seems like changing the paper size from "letter" size to "A1" size and landscape, is when my 3D view quit printing. It will only print the plan view and list view. Sometimes the 3D view page will show up, but it is all black.

Sorry to revive this, but I had the exact same issue and this thread popped up on google. So for anyone else with this problem:
I have managed to solve it by opening the sh3d file as ZIP file (which it basically is) and then editing the "Home.xml" within. The problematic project had a "<print>" tag in there, presumably from some earlier printouts that I did, which was looking something like this:

I simply deleted the whole line (and therefore the complete tag), saved the revised "Home.xml" back into my sh3d file and voilà - the print dialog and page setup opened again and worked as expected.
