New User- Imported Furniture has no color

Hi everyone! I'm a new user and love this software. When I load furniture OBJ files from Sweethome's site, once I click the OBJ file it imports the color and the texture automatically as shown in the download image on the site.

When I go to other sites like Turbosquid and the like to get OBJ files they always load grey or black and then loading the textures or jpgs attached to the piece are nearly impossible to import and the object never looks like what I downloaded.

Why do the ones created for Sweethome load all of this automatically from one file but none of the outside OBJ files I've found do. Is this the case with all third-party programs when they load OBJ files or just a thing with Sweethome?

They do have MTL files but they are separate and not selectable in Sweethome. Thanks for any advice you may have!

Can you provide a link to one of the models that causes this problem? If we can re-create the problem, we might see what causes it.

Hi! Thanks for the quick response. It's not just one model, unfortunately. I've tried many free OBJ files from Turbosquid and others. None of them load colors or textures automatically. Give it a try and you'll see what I mean. If you want a specific file I can link but so far its every third part OBJ I've been able to find that isn't through SweetHome's site. Look forward to hearing your thoughts!
