Ceiling color doesn't get white

Hi

I am trying to add ceiling color as white but when i click the white color in ceiling it gives

gray color, when i add light intensity only certain portions become white but other parts of the

ceiling are not getting white , is there a way of how to make the ceiling color

white although have selected the color for the rooms but when i try to create the photo in

virtual visit mode i cannot get the photo with white color ceiling, please help me.
