property has a basement that houses an indoor pool, gym and shower room

Well spotted, they will all have windows and extractor fans, including the WC, just not got round to the 1st floor yet. [:)]

Very nice wish it was mine too,

i like the way you put a light in the oven to make it look like it was on, were did the oven model come from was looking for a tall oven unit?

on the bathroom point , my house has a bathroom with extractor fan and no window but gets a lot of condensation (told because it has no windows)

just a thought.

as to the extractor, thats the problem when there is no outside wall [:(]

If anyone is interested in the cabinet, its HERE, it is one of the 1st things i made, so quality isn't great, but it works.
