Roof building

Hello Everyone!

I am quite new to this software but it is amazing!
In just two days I managed to make a model of my new future home.
Still I am having great trouble with the roof.
I cannot manage to make it look good ..

Please help me out with some advice.
I attached some screens of what I did so far and a real photo of the roof.

Well done, already! You might try to have a better result with your slates if you re-import the "red_slates" texture and find an appropriate size in the second step of the "Texture modification wizard".
