lost 3d models HELP

Hi All,

I have a saved plan of my house with furniture that i have gathered/ made, I did have them save in a furniture library but

i had a hard drive crash and have lost all the furniture
i open my old save and the furniture still shows but need to export it to the new plan.

I have tried export to SH3f plugin but it say no models found
is there anyway of getting them out, i also tried opening 2 sweet home's at the same time hoping to copy to the other but the program crashes any ideas please.
