3D photo Crash

Hi,

I just started working with Sweet Home 3D (Ver 3.5, Java Version 1.6.0_32) and have my program crashed, when I click on "settings" in the file menu, or when try to make a "3D photo" of my room or when I use the function "print as PDF" from the file menu.
Printing is possible when choosing the print function from the file menu. Here I can also choose PDFcreator or AdobePDF for obtaining a PDF file without crashing. However, the PDF (as well as the paper printout) only contains the floor plan and not the 3D view.

My system settings are:
Win-XP, SP3
3GB RAM
Graphics: Intel HD Graphics Family, 256MB
Java Ver. 7 Update 6 (Build 1.7.0_06-b24)

Is the Sweet Home installation not compatible with the recent Java version or with other parts of the decribed environment?
Has anybody ideas how to obtain 3D printouts?
