It would be nice to have different layers, which have the possibilty to
- fading in and out
- lock unlock

If you have a complex roomplan some items not clickable because others are upon. With layers the plan is more organizeable and easier to handle

Layers are called Levels in Sweet Home 3D.
You can order levels at the same elevation, and make them viewable or not. You can't lock levels but in the home plan logic, you can lock the base plan if needed (i.e. walls, rooms, dimensions, texts and furniture with their Part of base plan check box selected).
