Sweet home 3D purchased from Microsoft store does not install

I bought sweet home 3d in Microsoft store, but after the message that it will be installed, this does not happen. I installed the free version to upgrade to the paid version but can't find the option. [:(]

Do you get any error message?
Did you try to install it with [url=ms-windows-store://pdp/?productid=9NBLGGH2SMTQ]this link[/url]?
If not, which way did you use?

Hi Emmanuel,
I purchased the MS version (did not install the trial version) and same, it shows in my purchase valet, I hit install nothing happens. By the way the link for pocm1979 doesn't work. Is there a way to download and install offline? I need this program urgently to run. Thanks, Laszlo
