From northern of France near Belgium, there was an old farm.

Like I wrote, it was before...
This friend wanted something new and 'modern'...
He has wished to keep walls and one roof for the main entry (carport eventually).

As in the past, you can walk all around the interior of the farm.
At left, the day rooms and at right you find the night rooms.

The style of this type of building includes 4 wings and an inner courtyard.

Only the roof above was preserved but of smaller size.
It comes to cover the carport.

As you can see, the openings to the north and east have been minimized and maximized at South.
The cold coming from these two directions, the insulation was reinforced on these walls there.
The windows are equipped with triple glazing with neutral gas.
The lower part of the walls remained in bricks while the upper part is covered with a plaster, dark to the north and clear elsewhere.

All the gutters overlook the inner courtyard and the central reservoir is buried in the middle of the courtyard.

The style of this cubic house includes 4 large Windows on South and a master room (kitchen, dining and lounge) of more 80 m².

It has 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 balconies and a terrace on a roof.

This cubic house includes 2 large Windows on South : one for the living and one semi-circular for the kitchen (the beginning of the lumicene).

The style of this cubic house includes one sloping roof and a separated garage made with 5.5 beta4.
I used it for the top of the garage way with inclinated protections.
The main room (kitchen, dining and lounge) does near 75 m².

Particularity: The another rooms are under level 0 and see the wedding of the different materials (stone, wood, steel, glass, ...).

I like the little terrace at the back, but I have the feeling that the jacuzzi and swimming pool are too close to the house (and without any children security...)
